Comfort with Classics

I love discovering new recipes and fun ways to make delicious dinners – however, there is something so satisfying with eating the basics! Tonight, after being intellectual at a museum with Nathan, we came home and made tacos. With lemon-juice soaked chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and bell peppers, the whole dinner took about ten minutes. It was so yummy 🙂 The tacos were jam-packed with a variety of flavors and textures, which from watching Top Chef, I’ve learned is crucial. I haven’t made them in a while, and I’m glad that they have joined the rotation for dinners again!
