This week and last week, my workout routine has lagged. I either lose track of time and forget about Zumba at 7 pm, or just am doing other activities and then it’s bedtime.
Yoga is important to stretch my sore muscles and make sure I don’t get too tight. Zumba is great cardio and makes me smile. I did one of my friends workouts again last week, which involve strength and cardio and flexibility all in one!

I finally made it back into the pool for some water therapy/exercise. It is hard to go back when you have not done it for a while. Keep it up!

Good job! Yes it is tough the first couple times you’re getting back into it – I just did Zumba today after a few weeks off and I feel it haha
