Bouncing out of workout blues

Before the wedding, I was consistently doing YouTube Zumba on Wednesdays with Shine Dance Fitness.

But I stopped when I home for the wedding and then it was REALLY tough to get back into it.

I quickly went back to my other workouts of in person (masks on) barre method and in person (vaccinated) Zumba.

But I enjoyed relaxing after work for about a month on Wednesdays…

UNTIL this week! I did the 55 minute workout video and was instantly smiling 🙂 A few of the songs had made their way into my life through playing in Spotify playlists (my bachelorette and getting ready the morning of the wedding).

I’m happy to get this part of my life back up and running!
